To make sure items you purchase work from the get-go you need to make sure you have your CFX.re account linked to the FiveM client, make sure your Steam Application running and your Steam Account online, ensure the Rockstar launcher has been installed and opened at minimum once, ensure the Discord Application is open and running with the account that you plan on purchasing items with and generally to connect to the server. If you are experiencing issues with the item not working as designed make sure to not only utilize the assistance personnel but those that have also purchased items as they most likely will respond much faster with the fix in hand though the decision is up to you!
If an item is purchased, and you've received the role, but you continue to be missing the perms to use said item follow these steps. Start by ensuring both your discord and Steam are open, if it isn't open them and try again, next ensure your FiveM is within your Authorized Apps (Discord > User Settings > Authorized Apps), if FiveM isn't within your authorized apps follow This Link, If it is already authorized then restart both Steam and Discord, if restarting both applications didn't work the change your Steam name by either one letter or one number (Ex: Heck1, Heck!, !Heck, H!eck), if that didn't work that wait for the servers to restart, and finally if that didn't work wait for a payment support to be hosted to solve your issue!

If you have any issues with your purchase make sure to message appropriate parties in the Discord which are mainly the owners. Due to message density response to these types of concerns may not be immediate however we do host, what we like to call, payment support sessions in the Discord. These sessions are designated to assist with issues just as that occur while purchasing items on this store. The purchases made on this website for items both in Carolina State Network Discord and Carolina State RP Servers are final. No refund will be given if you are removed from the community or for any other reason other than duplicate purchases. Chargebacks are also not allowed and will lead to removal from the community.
